I have been asked time and agian. "Why do you charge so much more then the nail salons?" The difference is HUGE! At Lush Lash, we apply lashes one by one. We take the time to sit and evaluate your lashes, to determine what is the best, and the healthiest way to extend your lashes. I have seen countless women who show up at the salon, with extensions applied elsewhere, that have thin broken lashes.
What?? "Damaged lashes from extensions"? Yes, you heard me right! I have seen so many stylist apply lashes for the "WOW" factor.. What does that mean? Well, there are many stylist that apply lashes that are thick and heavy, so after the application, you look and say "WOW!" The problem with that is, just like hair extensions, your asking a small thin hair to hold more then twice it's weight. What eventually happens, is the client returns to the salon for 3-6 months, and the service is repeated agian with thick diameter lashes. Eventually, the natural lash gives out. The client is is left with thin, brittle and weak lashes. The client starts to notice that their lashes are no longer looking as great. The extensions are looking thinner and thinner each time. Why?? This Ladies is why: your stylist is inexperienced! They want to catch you up in the "WOW" of now! They do not care if they damage, or destroy because they have no clue that they are causing damage at all.
So what I am saying basically is this, if you are currently seeing someone who is doing "WOW" lashes or are paying $20.00 for your lashes, be careful. I'll bet within six months, you will wish you never heard the words "Eyelash Extensions". So please, please look for a stylist that has been trained by Xtreme Lashes, if you can not make it in to see us. One that continues on with their education, and wants to treat you to the wonderful experience of Professionally Applied Eyelash Extensions. If their name is no longer on Xtreme Lashes directory, they probably are not worried about the health if your lashes, or the are using sub-par quality products. If you sit up and see a wall of thick lashes, lashes thicker then what you would expect from mascara, these are "WOW" stylist.. Run, Run Fast!
